This is totally not my usual hour long study, and for those of you who are easily grossed out - sorry! I had a blast painting it though.
I'll draw something sweet and cute tomorrow... maybe. xP
I thought it was an awesome study opportunity after viewing a wonderfully buggy gallery! Here is her image:



Can't say I nailed the image, and that's never exactly what I'm aiming for; but for study purposes, I think I learned a lot! The lighting was fun, the colors were a challenge. Something about this little slimy fella peaked my interest and... here we are!

I'm a digital artist who focuses mainly in portraiture! I love to bring characters to life from other creative minds; I find collaborating to be a very healthy way to avoid art blocks and so - my commissions are open!
